Ideal hotel, attentive staff, fashionable room, exceptionally clean bathroom. Location close to Thermal fountain and the centre of Karlovy Vary and the Czech Republic. Also, in the middle of the town a close o the river.

The room itself was well-equipped and tastefully decorated and the breakfast was sumptuous. The bed was large, and it was convenient to have an electric kettle and a fridge. All of the staff was responsive and outstandingly helpful and attentive to guests

Very nice hotel. Facilities are old style but renewed. Very good staff. It is situated in the middle of the Hot Spot of Karlovy Vary. Price is a little bit high, if compared to similar hotels in Prague, for example.I Reccomend.

Breakfast ambience! And settings..oldie worldie charm, befits settings.
Dont expect any 'courtesies'.. Anything you want you have to pay!! Not even a late check out! Or room with a view despite one night on a quiet mid week.

Huge large rooms, they are provided with a balcony, the bathroom plus Jacuzzi bath. The location is magnificent, 1 mile from Mill Colonnade.

That was what I call easy base for short stay. Everything was really good during 2 days, appreciated its magnificent and fantastic location just next door to most activities, and FOUND BETTER RESTAURANTS IN THE TOWN.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city within walking distance of local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options.

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was always refilled and the hotel atmosphere and room facilities were very good.
I did not comprehend that fact that early check in was for additional money when the room was empty and ready. 8:00 am - 10:00 am for 30 Euro and 10:00 am - 11 am for 20 Euro and 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm for 10 Euro. I never had this experience before anywhere and I travel more than 6 times a year
